One Account Per Player

Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or using a third party's identity, is a material breach of these Terms. md444 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated from duplicate accounts, and withhold any balances associated with duplicate accounts pending investigation.
KYC Verification
md444 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its responsible gaming and security obligations. You may be asked to provide the following documents at any time:
- A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport.

- Any winnings generated from bonus funds remain subject to the applicable wagering requirement and cannot be withdrawn until the rollover condition is satisfied in full.

General Bonus Terms
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers at md444, unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
- Each bonus or promotional offer is available to eligible players who have met the stated qualification criteria at the time of the offer.
- All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion's terms.

Welcome Bonus
New players registering an account with md444 may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus amount, wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period are specified in the current welcome bonus promotion. md444 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time. The welcome bonus is available to new players only; existing players are not eligible for the new player welcome bonus.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
md444 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the md444 platform and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aids to participate in any game or place any bet.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned.
- Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
Account Suspension and Closure
md444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, terms violations, suspected problem gambling behaviour, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach of these Terms, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Limitation of Liability
The following provisions limit md444's liability to players in respect of the Platform and all services offered.
Platform Availability
md444 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, or that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. md444 shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events outside md444's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider downtime.
Game Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or server failure that affects the outcome of any bet or game round, md444 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account balance. md444 will not pay out winnings based on results that arose from a malfunction or technical error. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a principle that applies to all games offered on the md444 platform.
Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, md444's total liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of your account balance at the time the claim arises. md444 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of the form of action and whether md444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
